Terms Of Sale
We supply named variety plants that are to the best of our knowledge correct.
No liability can be accepted if subsequently found otherwise beyond that of being prepared to supply replacement plants or refund to the value of the initial purchase. Substitute plants will be supplied if the original ordered was not available, as close to the size, colour and price as feasibly possible unless otherwise stated.
Our standard UK charge of £8.95 covers packing and postage, with orders over £75.00 qualifying for free standard delivery.
Standard delivery is by courier, 3-5 working days of your order. Should any varieties be sold out or not available to our standard of quality we reserve the right to substitute others of equal value.
If there are any items missing from the order, please contact us through email at email@example.com, so that we can investigate and correct this out for you.
Goods may be collected during our nursery hours, which are 10am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. Please phone or email this preference to arrange a collection time and date.
Should any error or complaint occur these should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will do our very best to rectify the complaint as soon as possible. Our liability being limited to the purchase price at all times.
In case of complaint, please return the goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund including postage, or arrange a replacement.
A 24 hour conciliation period from the date of payment is available by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not export any plant’s or livestock to any other country other than the UK.
